Payment Information: Payment data is processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and log data to maintain and improve our services.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our AI-powered MIDI generation services
  • Process your token purchases and manage your account
  • Send you service-related communications and updates

AI Service Provider Data Sharing: Our platform utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services to generate and process musical content. When you use our AI features, we transmit your prompts, musical parameters, and related data to these AI service providers for processing. These providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies and data practices. While we carefully select providers that maintain strong data protection standards, we do not control their data handling practices. Your data may be processed by AI systems located in various jurisdictions. We may use multiple AI providers and may change providers from time to time to improve service quality and performance.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance.

Data Portability: You can download your generated MIDI files at any time through our platform.

  • Secure password hashing using bcrypt
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive API keys

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
